The Ivanishvili regime has been harshly suppressing protests across the country for the second week. At least 400 people have been injured by the brutal actions of security forces using water cannons and tear gas. To prevent Georgians from joining protests, the State Security Service has fabricated a threat of conflict escalation, allegedly leading to the deaths of two or three people. In reality, the protests grow more active each day in response to the bloody actions of the security forces. The people of Georgia have risen against the usurpers who act on the orders of Kremlin handlers.

The Georgian State Security Service accused unnamed "destructive forces" of planning to escalate the situation during anti-government protests on December 14, when the country’s president will be elected. According to the State Security Service of Georgia, "the organizers of destructive and criminal activities are planning to disrupt the presidential election process on December 14, 2024."

"The organizers of this crime are considering the possibility of maximum escalation, which involves the deaths of 2-3 people," the agency added.

The agency claimed that these actions are allegedly being carried out by "local actors coordinated by the intelligence services of foreign countries."

"The existing plan is being developed according to scenarios typical of 'color revolutions,' which include various staged rituals and gradual destruction culminating in the killing of civilians to escalate events," the statement described.

According to the security service, preparations for "provocations" are evidenced by the fact that masked individuals have damaged surveillance cameras in protest zones and surrounding areas.

Meanwhile, Georgian President Salome Zourabichvili noted that the statement by the State Security Service should be regarded as a violation of human rights, calling it "psychological terror against the citizens of the country."
