Georgian activists succeeded in ensuring that the judge of the city of Tetritskaro annulled the results of parliamentary elections at 30 precincts due to violations of voting secrecy. An honest judge was found who recognized what every Georgian saw. The CEC appealed this decision by the Tetritskaro judge, and the appellate court overturned it. Corrupt judges once again made a decision in the interests of Ivanishvili's pro-Russian regime.

The Tbilisi Court of Appeals overturned the decision of the Tetritskaro city court to annul the results of all polling stations where voting took place using electronic technologies, as reported by SOVA.

The Tetritskaro court found the results at 30 polling stations in Tetritskaro and the city of Tsalka, where electronic voting took place, to be invalid, based on a complaint from the Georgian Young Lawyers' Association. During an experiment in the courtroom, the plaintiffs demonstrated that a mark made on the ballot could be seen when inserted into the machine from the frame-envelope. A person standing nearby could see who the vote was cast for.

Judge Vladimir Khuchua of the Tetritskaro court, after conducting the investigative experiment, ruled that the voting secrecy was "unequivocally" not maintained.

The CEC of Georgia appealed this decision in the appellate order. Additionally, by the decision of the judicial panel of the Court of Appeals, the claims of non-governmental organizations for the annulment of election results at all "electronic" polling stations were not satisfied.

The court proceedings lasted over 20 hours, during which 26 cases were reviewed.

It is worth noting that according to the results announced by the Central Election Commission of Georgia, the ruling party "Georgian Dream" won the parliamentary elections on October 26 with 54% of the vote. At the same time, international observers in a preliminary report noted problems in the elections. Companies conducting opposition exit polls expressed doubts about the authenticity of the official voting results. The Georgian opposition openly claims that the elections were stolen.
