Four opposition parties that entered parliament but do not recognize the results of the parliamentary elections issued a joint statement addressed to the oligarch Bidzina Ivanishvili, who effectively controls the country through the Georgian Dream party. They demand new elections, the release of political prisoners, and ensuring the neutrality of law enforcement agencies. The whole world witnessed widespread violations during the elections, seen only by Georgia's pro-Russian government and its Kremlin patrons.

Georgian opposition parties have presented their demands to the pro-Russian oligarch Bidzina Ivanishvili, the founder of the ruling Georgian Dream party.
Four political groups that overcame the electoral threshold but do not recognize the legitimacy of the parliament (Coalition for Change, United National Movement, Strong Georgia, For Georgia) published their demands, emphasizing their necessity to resolve the country's crisis.

Opposition demands:

  • Immediate release of all political prisoners detained during protests and the termination of all cases against them;
  • Call for new parliamentary elections, to be conducted by a new, independent electoral body;
  • Guarantee the political neutrality of law enforcement agencies.

"Georgia's victory, our freedom, is inevitable!" the joint statement of the parties declared.

It is worth noting that one of the leaders of the Georgian opposition party Coalition for Change, Nika Gvaramia, was sent to a detention center in Marneuli.

On November 28, Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze announced that his country would suspend negotiations on EU membership until 2028. Following this, protests against the current government's policies resumed in Tbilisi, on the square in front of the parliament. On the night of November 30 to December 1, massive protests occurred again in Tbilisi and other Georgian cities. Protesters broke the windows of the parliament building and threw fireworks inside, causing a small fire. They also burned an effigy of Bidzina Ivanishvili, the founder of the Georgian Dream party, in front of the parliament building.
