The District Court has recognized that the secrecy of the vote was violated and annulled the election results at 30 polling stations. This is the first president who will allow other courts to make similar rulings to fully overturn the results of the parliamentary elections stolen by the Ivanishvili regime. We await similar fair decisions from other courts.

The District Court in Georgia annulled the results of parliamentary elections at 30 polling stations due to a violation of the secrecy of the vote, as reported by the Georgian service of Radio Liberty on Tuesday, November 5.

The court reviewed ballot voting situations from three randomly selected polling stations in the Tetritskaro and Tsalka districts in southern Georgia. As a result of the experiment, it was found that the marker mark for the party was visible from the reverse side of the ballot. This meant that when the ballot was entered into the ballot-counting machine, bystanders could potentially see who the voter had chosen.
The Georgian Central Election Commission has the right to appeal the district court's decision, but experts say that a precedent has already been set.

The Georgian Young Lawyers' Association filed lawsuits alleging violations of vote secrecy. The organization demanded the annulment of election results at more than 2,000 polling stations. Courts in Tbilisi and other cities did not satisfy the complaints.

The Western sociological institute Edison Research concluded that there were manipulations in the election results in Georgia. A 13 percentage point gap between exit polls and official results indicates falsification, according to the sociologists. Based on Edison Research's calculations, "Georgian Dream" should have received 40.9% of the vote, while opposition parties should have gained 51.9%.
